🔄 Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email info@tinkerdex.com or call (770) 405-9593 with your order number
  2. Get Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization number
  3. Ship It Back: Pack items securely and ship to our return address
  4. Get Your Refund: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt

✨ What's Eligible for Return?

  • Unopened, unused stickers in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged items (we'll cover return shipping!)
  • Wrong items received
  • Orders within 30 days of delivery

❌ What Can't Be Returned?

  • Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
  • Stickers removed from backing or used
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Orders older than 30 days
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

💰 Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5 business days for us to process your return
  • 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles

  • Customer Returns: You're responsible for return shipping costs (usually $3-5)
  • Defective/Wrong Items: We'll email you a prepaid return label
